Périmètre et méthode
The data for this model are derived from the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report, including the annual production volume of materials and the average annual emission amounts of pollutants. After multi-stage absorption, the vast majority of P₂O₅ is recovered as phosphoric acid products, with only residual tail gas at the end being discharged into the atmosphere; production wastewater (such as mother liquor, wash water, water seal water, etc.) is fully recycled and reused within a closed-loop system, which the EIA classifies as zero discharge. Solid wastes such as dust collector ash and waste packaging are either reused as by-products or sold externally, and are not included in waste statistics. In terms of utility engineering, the waste heat from yellow phosphorus combustion is recovered by a waste heat boiler to generate steam, which can meet all heating demands of the phosphate process, resulting in no external steam or hot water input to the system. Cooling water operates in a closed circuit and is not included in the material balance calculation. [en]
